Welcome to Supattra Thai Restaurant. Named after myself Supattra Khanngoen, you know me as 'Koo'. I am passionate about Thai cookery and I prepare your food from my heart. My cooking, and love of it, was learnt from a very young age at my mother's side in the northeast of Thailand and my unique recipes, have been handed down through generations of my family. Cooking, preperation and enjoyment of food is a way of life in Thailand and is always best enjoyed amongst family and of course, friends. |
Much of my food is not as spicy as many imagine Thai food to be and to help, I have indicated the spiciness throughout my recently enhanced menu, though you are of course very welcome to ask for advice in the choice of your dishes. All the ingredients for your meal are freshly prepared and cooked. I only use the very best choice of vegetables, many of which are flown in directly from the farmer's markets in Bangkok, several times a month. |
